Much of my personal and professional development started in the early 1990's, working at what is now known as Endeavor Health Services in my hometown Buffalo, NY. For 16+ years, I had the opportunity of accommodating adults and children with mental health and/or chemical dependency challenges. This positioned me to leverage a host of my prior learning experiences, where I get to implement tips and tools for my current personal development framework.

My journey has provided me with an opportunity to work with one of our Buffalo, NY community gems, Karie Gower, LCAT, ATR-BC.
