Much of my personal and professional development during the early 1990's started in my hometown, Buffalo, N.Y., being employed at what is now known as Endeavor Health Services. My employment there for 16+ years gave me the opportunity to accommodate families dealing with mental health and/or chemical dependency challenges. My learned experiences have positioned me to leverage a host of my skillsets, where I get to utilize beneficial framework(s) that I implement for my current body of work.
